I live in West Lafayette, Indiana and my son’s family member’s funeral was in Detroit, Michigan and I needed a florist quickly, as in the day of. The Manager took care of me, selected a bouquet for my needs, sent me a picture and the payment system was way for me. I was very surprised and grateful for his kindness and service. The relatives at the funeral were very impressed with the arrangement and voiced their positive opinions. I was very fortunate to have found his flower shop and I know that everyone that uses his services will feel the same way.

I had a great experience with the owner, it was timely. They were kind they were reassuring. The customer service was excellent! I will recommend them to other people and I will use them again.

Had the pleasure of stumbling across this little gem.. while on a job in Detroit. I was greeted by the owner and explained what was going on. Just wanted to add a extra special touch for my customers birthday. Within in minutes I had a beautiful arrangement exactly as I imagined but so much better. The flowers were so fresh and the lobby smells amazing. Thank you so much for extremely professional staff, curious, prompt, friendly service. I definitely will be visiting again soon... Thank you again so much.... And people say horrible things about Detroit then you stumble across a business like this and brings pride back to our city.....

We went there for a floral arrangement for a funeral and what we ordered is what we got. It was actually bigger than I thought it would be and was Very pretty and we were happy with how it turned out. The owner is who took care of us I believe and he was nice and helpful. It was made and delivered within two hours as he told us it would be.

Received beautiful birthday flowers 3 weeks ago, a surprise from my children in San Francisco. White roses, carnations, and stargazer lilies--the last two buds just opened--with delicate bluish purple iris. Perfect for February, the effect was wintry snow with a hint of spring. Handsome cobalt glue glass vase I will use again.

I'm writing this post on behalf of my Godmother, Bernetta Moore, I have to start off by saying this company is professional and accommodating to all of your floral needs. I am from out of town and called in at the last minute to place an order, upon placing this order I wanted my floral arrangement upgraded and she did just that in a timely manner. I really appreciate this floral shop and hope to use them again in the near future.

I called the business to change my order @ the last minute . I lived in N.C. and was skeptical about using a florist I was not familiar with nor their workmanship. But I was pleasantly impressed with the service over the phone of how polite the customer service lady filling in @ the business . After speaking with me and she than put the florist on the phone and told me that she would personally do the arrangement for me. They made a sad day turn out to be better day considering the occasion of losing a special person in Detroit. I thank you ladies from the bottom of my North Carolina Heart. I came in at the very last minute and they were all so accommodating. Customer service was great and my blue roses look amazing. They are also not too expensive and have the best deals. I will be a regular customer.

Back in November I ordered my peace lily through Proflowers and this company was assigned to my order. My plant arrived intact and is still thriving to date.

There was an issue with the delivery but the owners addressed it, which is why I still gave them 5 stars.

The flowers I ordered for my wife's birthday were absolutely beautiful. I placed my order on a Sunday, at about 10:00 a.m., and asked for delivery, as early as possible.
I accepted their promise that delivery would take place by 5:00 p.m. However, within an hour to an hour and a half, a dozen, beautiful, long stemmed red roses arrived at my door.
I would recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Im very impressed with the service and product that I received! The arrangement arrived better than whats pictured on the website so I decided to stop in to purchase another at a later date. The place looked great, the employees were very welcoming and helpful. There were plenty of beautiful arrangements available to walk-ins that were not pictured on the website.
